NetResults Corporation is currently hiring for the following positions:

Bookkeeper / Admin Assistant (part-time)

The ideal candidate will be a responsible individual with organizational skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment to meet objectives. This individual must have excellent “attention to details” skills, and must be proficient with Quickbooks Pro.

Primary responsibility includes:

  • Maintain books and records
  • Manage accounts payable process
  • Manage account receivable process, including order processing, invoicing, billing, and collection
  • Perform bank deposits and monthly bank account reconciliations
  • Assist with administrative functions, benefits administration

Required qualifications and skills:

  • 2 to 3 years of bookkeeping and admin experience
  • Proficiency with Excel, Word, and QuickBooks Pro
  • Strong work ethic, organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detail
  • Dependable and ability to work independently
  • Team Player with integrity and honesty
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-starter and ability to multi-task and meet deadlines under pressure

Technical Support and Professional Services Engineer

We seek far more than an expert in troubleshooting and communication.  We seek a team member who anticipates the needs of our customers and embodies the spirit that makes our support world class.  We want a support engineer with a solid Computer Science background who is versatile enough to fulfill roles in pre and post Sales, Professional Services and Development.  Are you able to assess and prioritize issues quickly and determine root causes systematically?  Do you excel at building a rapport with customers?  Are you able to communicate technical information to non-technical users?


Required Skills:

  • BA/BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • 2+ years of support experience in software industry
  • Knowledge of Web technologies
  • Ability to work in a high performance team environment as well as independently
  • Experience working with external customers
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills conducive to team development
  • US Citizen or Permanent Resident

Desired Skills:

  • Experience programming web applications, jQuery, jQuery UI, CSS3, HTML5, .NET, relational databases, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)
