NetResults Corporation is currently hiring for the following positions:
Bookkeeper / Admin Assistant (part-time)
The ideal candidate will be a responsible individual with organizational skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment to meet objectives. This individual must have excellent “attention to details” skills, and must be proficient with Quickbooks Pro.
Primary responsibility includes:
- Maintain books and records
- Manage accounts payable process
- Manage account receivable process, including order processing, invoicing, billing, and collection
- Perform bank deposits and monthly bank account reconciliations
- Assist with administrative functions, benefits administration
Required qualifications and skills:
- 2 to 3 years of bookkeeping and admin experience
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, and QuickBooks Pro
- Strong work ethic, organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detail
- Dependable and ability to work independently
- Team Player with integrity and honesty
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter and ability to multi-task and meet deadlines under pressure
