A full set of Help manuals has been installed with NetResults Tracker. To view them, login to a workgroup as Admin and click on the Help icon in the toolbar. Or, from the machine on which NetResults Tracker is installed, select Start > Programs > NetResults Tracker > Help Library.
If you are evaluating the product or have a current support agreement with NetResults, standard support is available via e-mail on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) from 6am to 5pm Pacific. Additional support options (phone support, professional services, etc.) may also be purchased.
